“The Word Exposed” continues its reflections on the Gospel — straight from Rome!

An old favorite says hello from a new home!

Jesuit Communication Foundation’s (JesCom) Sunday reflection and Catechism television program, “The Word Exposed” continues its crystal-clear and inspiring reflections on the Gospel — straight from Rome!

Recently named as the new Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples, Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle resumes his world-recognized charismatic, down-to-earth and sincere brand of preaching, direct from his Vatican post this Sunday, March 8 live via Sunday, March 8 5am on ABS CBN S+A and 6am via ANC.

Made possible through the determined efforts of the JesCom production team, the decade-long program’s beloved host will share his wisdom and profound insights for the Second Sunday of Lent’s selected readings (Genesis 12:1-4a, 2 Timothy 1:8b-10 and Matthew 17:1-9) complete with an Italian-inspired friendly greeting!

Celebrating its landmark 10th anniversary last November 2018, The Word Exposed is a testament to Cardinal Tagle’s steadfast commitment to media evangelization.

However, viewers of the show expressed concern when the Cardinal was appointed to his Roman post last December 8, 2019. Promising to keep the show alive, the Cardinal left the Philippines last month. And now true to his promise, the Cardinal will continue to be watched by his admirers every Sunday through the Word Exposed, straight from Rome.
