How to Order
The Tanging Yaman online store uses a four-part process for ordering JesCom products:
- Shopping cart
- Checkout
- Review and submit order
- Payment
The Shopping cart allows you to put items in and take them out at any time. Press the Add To Cart button below each product to open your Shopping cart page. Each time you press this button, you will see the list of the items currently in your shopping cart. If you want to add other products, click on the Continue shopping link to return to the previous catalog page.
If you wish to order multiple copies of the same item, simply change the number in the Qty. field and press the Update cart button. To remove an item from your shopping cart, tick off the check box beside the item(s) you want to remove, then press the Update cart button. Once you have finished shopping, press the Checkout button.
At the Checkout page, you will be presented with a breakdown and a subtotal of the products in your cart. If you wish to edit your orders, press the Cancel button at the bottom of the page to return to your shopping cart. Otherwise, please fill out the Customer information, Delivery information and Billing information sections of the page. Once you have completed these sections, you may then press the Click to calculate shipping button, and the Order total (with shipping cost) will automatically be computed. If you have any special instructions or questions regarding your order, you may add Order comments. Once you are done with the checkout, cllick on the Review order button.
The Review order page allows you to verify if all your order information before submitting it. If you still wish to make changes, press the Back button to return to checkout. If all the order information is correct, click on the Submit order button.
After submitting the order, you will be redirected to a secure payment site, PesoPay PayGate. Here, your payment details will be securely transmitted to the Bank, Card and Payment Companies for transaction authorization using 128bit SSL encryption. When we receive payment confirmation, we will have the products shipped as soon as possible.
Once your order has been submitted, you will receive email confirmation containing your Order number. Keep this information in your records, as it will help our Customer Support staff to better assist you should you need to contact us.
Stock Status and Price Change
If you add items to your cart without purchasing them, you may find that an item's price or availability has changed between the time you put the item in your cart and the time you come back to complete your purchase. If an item's price or stock status has changed, this change will also be reflected in your saved shopping cart. Please note that putting an item into your shopping cart does not guarantee its availability nor "reserve" an item for you, nor does it guarantee that its price will not change. Stock status and pricing may change anytime during your online shopping activity. Payments and Credit Card Security
The Tanging Yaman Online Store uses AsiaPay’s PesoPay payment gateway service. We gladly accept payments through BDO, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB. You can transmit your credit card information over the Internet with absolute confidence, as we utilize SSL Secure Commerce Server. It uses military grade encryption to protect your credit card information, and all credit card information is encoded with strong encryption before storage. To further respect your privacy, the Tanging Yaman Online Store does not release your credit card information or mailing address to any outside organizations.
Shipping
- Shipping and Delivery Conditions: Weather, natural disasters, and other events beyond our control may affect shipping and delivery times.
- Shipping Time: Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door.
- Shipping Information: If your shipping information differs from your billing information, your order may be delayed for verification. Due to shipper restrictions, items cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office). Delivery points must have land-based telephone numbers that can be contacted at anytime for verification and tracking.
- Weekend and Holiday Restrictions: Please note that we do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday shipping deliveries. The couriers and delivery services we use deliver on business days.
- Shipping of your delivery may take four to six weeks via international parcel service.
Cancel an Order
To cancel an order, please send an email message to tanging.yaman@jescom.ph as soon as possible. Be sure to include your name and order number in the email. This information will help ensure that we cancel the correct order for you. We are unable to cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
