Job Opening: Marketing Manager

JesCom is looking for a Marketing Manager with the following qualifications:

  • 20 to 35 years old
  • Graduate of communications, business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • With 1 to 2 years experience in the marketing field is an advantage
  • With excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter, highly-organized, creative, and innovative

Job Responsibilities

Job Objective: Develops the JesCom product brand and mainstreams or popularizes the brand through strategic (creative and unique) publicity.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Strategy
    1. Conceptualizes, tests out and refines a uniform brand for JesCom products (compact disks, books, videos, TV and radio shows, multimedia classes) and designs marketing events to promote the JesCom brand
    2. Works with resident Artists, the Board, other creative talents within JesCom to craft the JesCom brand and works on results of focused group discussions, customer surveys and other market researches
    3. Translates JesCom brand into promotional materials
    4. Upgrades and supervises maintenance of JesCom Website
  2. Marketing Plan
    1. Develops a marketing plan for each new product and/or relaunch of products and services of JesCom (training, etc.) that details approach to market segments, as well as events and activities that would reach this particular market segment.
    2. Prepares a budget for the marketing plan.
    3. Implements and evaluates effectiveness of the marketing plan.
    4. Assists in sales of advertising spots for TV and radio shows
  3. Promotional Materials and Events
    1. Coordinates writing and sending press releases and other print related materials.
    2. Coordinates design and review of marketing materials such as posters, invites, tarps, streamers, etc.
    3. Develops list of strategic invitees to events and sends out and follows up invitations.
    4. Coordinates promotional events and strategizes product merchandising with the sales units based on results of market researches.
    5. Updates content and ensures accuracy of information on the JesCom Website.
    6. Performs other tasks from time to time.
